Sheraz Mehmod
A successful entrepreneur who has built highly profitable businesses within property and real estate development sector. Key expertise includes: the ability to analyse markets and subsequently develop effective business models to drive sales and profitability; deep understanding of risk management; and a strong grasp of quantitative analysis and financial & economic principles
Umer Ashraf
18 years’ experience in financial services and the real estate sector. Previous roles include project management and operations within investment management firms, big 4 management consultancies and social housing (North West London)
Rida Inam
Rida is a practicing Audit Partner, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant at a Big 4 firm. She specialises in finance, accounting and audit services, with over 20 years across a range of sectors including social housing. She is also the co founder of real estate development and management companies, and is a non executive director on the board of not-for-profit organisations.
Zainab Mia
Zainab is a life coach, helping guide others in creating an abundance mindset and transforming their journeys across multiple life elements. Zainab is also a co founder of property development companies and has over 20 years’ experience in successful project management of multi-million real estate portfolios.
